The Root Chakra — also known as Muladhara — is located at the base of the spine. It’s your energetic anchor to the Earth, and when it’s in balance, everything above it becomes more stable.


This chakra governs your sense of safety, security, connection to your body, survival instincts, and your relationship with the physical world.




🌿 What a Balanced Root Chakra Looks Like:



  • You feel safe in your body and grounded in your choices

  • You have a healthy connection to routine, structure, and discipline

  • Money, shelter, food, and physical needs feel manageable or stable

  • You trust life, even when things feel uncertain

  • You feel connected to nature and the Earth

  • You experience physical vitality and presence

  • You’re capable of stillness without anxiety



In this state, you move through life with an internal sense of “I am supported.”




⚠️ Signs of an Unbalanced or Blocked Root Chakra:
