❓What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. It works by channeling universal life force energy into your energy field to help clear blockages, reduce stress, and bring you back into balance.
Most of my sessions are done remotely, which means you don’t need to be in the same room, or even the same state, for Reiki to work. Energy isn’t limited by space or time, so distance sessions are just as powerful (and honestly, often more relaxing). All you need to do is get comfy and open to receiving.
In-person sessions are still available if you prefer and are within my travel zone (Essex County, NJ), but distance work is my specialty.
❓How does distance reiki work?
Even though we’re not in the same room, energy isn’t bound by time or space, it travels through intention, frequency, and connection. When I send distance Reiki, I tune in to your energy field the same way I would in person. With your permission, I connect to your energy using visualization, symbols, and intention, and allow the healing energy to flow where it’s most needed.
Many people feel warmth, tingles, emotions rising, or even fall asleep during a session. Others just feel calm and grounded after. It works best when you’re open to receiving and give yourself a quiet space to relax.
❓What can I expect during a session?
Sessions are completely unique to your energy. You’ll be lying down in a comfortable space (if remote), or in person if available. You might feel warmth, tingles, emotions surfacing, or simply deep peace. Afterward, you may feel lighter, tired, emotional, or even euphoric. Trust your body, drink extra water afterwards and rest as needed
❓Is this like therapy?
No this is energy work, not psychotherapy. It’s not about talking through issues but about clearing the energetic imprints underneath them. Many clients find it supports or enhances their other healing practices.
❓Do I need to believe in this for it to work?
Nope. Belief isn’t required, but willingness helps. All I need is your permission for the energy to flow.
❓What if I’m feeling really blocked, anxious, or overwhelmed?
That’s actually the perfect time to book. These sessions gently bring unconscious patterns to the surface so they can be cleared. In my own experience, I was always very nervous and anxious before getting energy work done, but I realized that they were coming up to be cleared.
❓Can this help with physical issues?
Absolutely however I don’t treat physical symptoms directly. Instead, we work on the emotional and energetic roots, which often causes shifts to ripple through the body. Many clients experience pain relief, more energy, or deeper sleep after sessions.
❓How should I prepare for a session?
• Find a quiet, comfortable space
• Have water nearby
• Be open to receiving
• You don’t need to “do” anything, just allow it to happen :)
❓How long does it take to feel results or recalibrate?
Every person is different. Some feel immediate shifts, others notice changes over days or weeks. Energy healing works in layers and what clears first makes space for what comes next.
That said, your own willingness to process, reflect, and take aligned action after the session is what determines how deeply the healing integrates. For example, if a session helps clear stuck energy from your solar plexus, you might suddenly feel motivated to set boundaries, speak your truth, or take a step toward something you’ve been avoiding. If you don't take those specific intuitive steps, the original problem may return until you do.
❓What should I do after a session?
After a session, your body and energy field will begin to integrate the work. You may feel light, tired, emotional, or even inspired. Drink water, rest if needed, and give yourself space to feel.

• Journal any emotions or visions that surface
• Spend time in nature if possible
